摘要
为了解决轨道交通牵引电机温升试验自动化程度低、试验效率低下等问题,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的电机温升试验自动化测试系统。该系统实现了从冷态电阻测量到停机时刻热态电阻的测量,以及停机时刻的温升值全流程下的自动化测试,极大地提高了试验的效率和可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of low automatic degree and low efficiency of traction motor temperature test,improve the reliability of the test process,this paper proposes a automatic test system for temperature rise test of traction motor based on LabVIEW.The system realizes the whole process of test automation including cold resistance measurement,thermal resistance measurements and temperature rise of outage time,which greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of the test.
