基于有限元法的输电线路高空作业平台力学分析

摘要 使用高空作业平台进行作业有助于降低高空作业人员外线作业的强度,提高工作效率。为校核输电线路高空作业平台的上人作业的安全性,文中使用有限元方法,建立输电线路高空作业平台的有限元模型,得到了上人作业工况的整体位移分布图和应力分布图,其所受应力远小于材料的屈服强度,证明该结构的设计合理,安全可靠。文章的结论对输电线路检修有一定的参考价值。 Working with aerial work platforms can help reduce the intensity of the workers working on the outside of high-altitude and improve work efficiency.In order to check the safety of the upper-class operation of the transmission line aerial work platform,this paper uses the finite element method to establish the finite element model of the transmission line aerial work platform,and obtains the overall displacement distribution map and stress distribution diagram of the working conditions of the master.The stress is much smaller than the yield strength of the material,and the design of the structure is considered to be reasonable,safe and reliable.The conclusions of this paper have certain reference value for the maintenance of transmission lines.
