摘要
大型变压器线圈的压紧工艺是一项十分精密的工作。采用恒压装置液压系统,能够有效控制对各个油缸的具体移动距离。通过对恒压装置的工作数据及技术原理进行分析,探究了恒压装置的液压系统的设计方案,并结合具体的设计要求,探讨了压紧油缸的具体设计措施。
The pressing process of the large transformer coil is a very precise work. The hydraulic system of the constant pressure device can effectively control the specific moving distance of each cylinder. Through the analysis of the working data and the technical principle of the constant pressure device,the design of the hydraulic system of the constant pressure device is explored,and the design of the hydraulic system is explored. Combined with the specific design requirements, the specific design measures of the compaction cylinder are discussed.
