植物绝缘油精炼处理新进展

New Progress in Plant Insulation Oil Refining

随着人类环保意识的增强,高生物降解率的植物绝缘油已逐渐成为绝缘油方向的研究热点。文章介绍了目前国内外植物绝缘油的研发使用状况,比较了几种植物绝缘油和传统矿物油的主要指标,发现植物绝缘油在介质损耗、酸值和水分等方面都有待改进。总结了目前植物绝缘油精炼的方法和几种进一步改善植物油性能的方法。

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,high biodegradable vegetable insulating oil has gradually become a research hotspot in the direction of insulating oil.This paper introduced the development and application of vegetable insulating oils at home and abroad,compared the main indexes of several vegetable insulating oils and traditional mineral oils,and found that vegetable insulating oils needed to be improved in dielectric loss,acid value and moisture content.The methods of refining vegetable insulating oil and several ways to improve the performance of vegetable oil were summarized.
