摘要
文中使用载铜吸附剂来实现变压器油的选择性脱硫回收。采用壳聚糖作为铜分散剂,设计制备了新型纳米载铜活性炭材料,处理变压器油达到了很好的脱硫效果。通过对几起变压器油处理案例的处理效果和效益进行分析,肯定了纳米载铜吸附剂处理变压器油的应用价值。批量自制了脱硫吸附剂,希望实现脱硫效率高的纳米铜材料的合理设计和可控制备。课题组还分析了变压器油的环保效益,以供参考。
In this paper,copper selective adsorbent was used to realize selective desulfurization and recovery of transformer oil.A new type of nanometer copper-loaded activated carbon material was designed and manufactured by using chitosan as copper dispersant,and good desulfurization effect was achieved when transformer oil was treated.The application value of nanometer copper-loaded adsorbent in transformer oil treatment was affirmed by analyzing the treatment effect and benefit of several transformer oil treatment cases.Desulfurization adsorbents were prepared in batches.It is hoped that the reasonable design and controllable preparation of nano-copper materials with high desulfurization efficiency can be realized.The project group also analyzed the environmental benefits of transformer oil for reference.
