In order to realize the automatic collection of user information in power system,it is necessary to build a comprehensive remote centralized meter reading system for low voltage power users.This not only meets the development requirements of international power grid technology,but also is an important part of building automation system.This paper introduced the low-voltage centralized remote automatic meter reading technology,the composition and characteristics of remote automatic meter reading system,and analyzed its functions and application benefits.
