大型钢平台数字化模拟分析

摘要 为满足某超高层建筑施工方案的实施及施工期间场地堆料的需要,需要设计一钢结构的平台,此平台是建在36 m深的基坑边上。为保证平台的安全,根据现场施工方案的要求建立计算模型,根据现场实际情况提出施工荷载,使用有限元分析软件模拟实际施工过程中钢平台最不利的工况,分析模拟钢结构平台投入使用后的实际情况,最后通过对实物的现场监测数据与模型数据对比,综合分析数字化结果并得出此平台设计合理安全可靠,在类似的大型钢平台的设计中具有推广意义。 During the construction of a super high-rise construction, to meet the requirements of office space and stack materials, it is necessary to design steel platform. This platform is built on the edge of the pit 36 meters deep, so the security of the platform is very important. To ensure the safety of the platform, according to the requirements of site construction plan, established an accurate computational model. Proposed construction loads according to the actual situation, used finite element analysis software, accurately simulate the steel platform mechanical properties of the most unfavorable operating condition in the actual construction process, analysis and simulation of the steel platform actual putting into use situation, finally, through the comparison of the on-site monitoring data and the model data, comprehensive analysis of the results, the results show that the design of the platform is reasonable safe and reliable, and it has the promotion significance in the design of similar large steel platform, d model data, a and draw with the promotion of significance in the design of similar large steel platform.
