轨道交通车桥耦合振动仿真改进方法与应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对车桥耦合振动软件仿真模型中不能全面分析系统振动响应的问题,利用SIMPACK软件的柔性轨道模块,并结合自编的钢轨*. ftr文件,提出一种基于SIMPACK与ANSYS软件的联合仿真改进方法。进而建立车辆-浮置板轨道耦合振动分析模型,并计算钢轨与浮置板结构的位移响应,计算结果与已有文献对比吻合良好,验证了该耦合方法的正确性;最后以某高架简支U形梁桥为研究对象,建立列车、轨道、U形梁与桥墩的耦合振动精细化模型,对桥梁系统的振动响应进行分析。结果表明:利用改进方法建立的模型能全面地分析车桥系统各结构的振动响应,分析结果可为桥梁减振设计提供参考。 In order to solve the problem that the vibration response of the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration model can not be analyzed completely, through the use of SIMPACK software flexible rail module and the self-made rail * . ftr file, a new method based on SIMPACK and ANSYS is proposed. Then ,by using the coupling method to establish the vehicle-floating slab track coupling vibration model, and the displacement response of the rail and the floating slab is analyzed. The analysis results are compared with the existing results, and the results show that the method is correct;Ultimate, a coupled model of train,track, U-girder and pier is established by taking the simply supported U-girder bridge as the research object, and the vibration response of the bridge system is simulated. The results show that the vibration response of the vehicle bridge system can be fully analyzed by the improved method, and the analytic results can provide a reference for the design of the bridge vibration reduction.
