自1978年改革开放以来,中国档案事业在经历了短暂的恢复期后,伴随着国家的进步与发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,成为推动国际档案事业发展的重要力量。回顾40年来中国档案事业的发展轨迹,其成绩的取得主要得益于档案事业在摸索前进中形成了具有中国特色的发展道路,主要表现为坚持走中国特色社会主义道路的根本方向不动摇、坚持面向现代化发展的基本目标不动摇、坚持开放共享与服务发展的明确定位不动摇、坚持创新驱动与包容发展的建设路径不动摇,这共同构成了中国档案事业发展的基本道路遵循。总结归纳中国档案事业发展道路,对培养和建立中国档案事业自信,助力中国档案事业迈向更高国际舞台具有现实意义。

Since the reform and opening-up in 1978, China＇s archival undertakings have achieved re- markable achievements along with the progress and development of the country after a short recovery peri- od, and have become an important force in promoting the development of the international archives cause. Looking back on the development track of China＇s archives industry in the past 40 years, its achievements are mainly due to the fact that the archives industry have formed a development path of Chinese character- istics in the process of exploration, mainly because the fundamental direction of＂ adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics is unwavering. Adhering to the basic goal of modernization development, unswervingly adhering to the clear positioning of open sharing and service development, and unswervingly adhering to the construction path of innovation-driven and inclusive development, these together constitute the basic path of the development of China＇s archives.
