摘要 金融业和金融活动古已有之,但是金融作为一个独立词汇是最近一百年的事。马克思主义经典作家、理论家关于农村土地金融相关理论的论述散见于不同时期的著述中,以信用、信贷、合作化等不同角度出现,虽然现在的发展形势和一百多年前有很大的变化,但马克思主义的相关思想和理论对有中国特色的农村土地金融改革与发展具有重要的借鉴意义。这些理论主要包括:马克思的地租与收益资本化理论,恩格斯与列宁的合作制理论,布哈林的信贷合作社理论和考茨基的土地抵押信贷债务理论,邓小平两个飞跃思想以及中国改革开放三十多年的相关土地金融理论等。 The financial industry and financial activities has existed for a long time, but as an independent financial vocabulary is the matter of the last one hundred years. Marx, theorist of relevant theories about the rural land finance exposition contained in writings in different times, such as credit, credit loan and cooperation of different point of view, although the current development situation has changed a lot compared with more than 100 years, but the relevant thought and Marx's theory has important significance on the rural land financial reform and development with China characteristics. These theories include:the theory of rent and income capitalization of Marx, Engels and Lenin's cooperative theory, Bukharin's credit loan cooperation theory and Kautsky's land mortgage debt the theory, the two leap thought of Deng Xiaoping and related land finance theory of thirty years of reform and opening up Chinese.
