近几年,伴随PPP模式在公共事务领域的大力推广,我国城市地下综合管廊建设取得了跨越式发展,项目数量快速增加。但与发达国家相比,我国的城市地下综合管廊建设还很落后,依然处于起步时期,还不能满足城镇化建设的需要。因此,今后我国还需继续推广运用PPP模式加强城市地下综合管廊建设,通过建立合理的收费和风险分担机制,实现政府和社会资本双赢,提高公共基础设施建设速度和公共服务质量。

Therefore, China should continue to promote the use of PPP mode to strengthen the city underground pipe gallery building, through the establishment of reasonable pricing and risk sharing mechanism, to achieve a win-win situation of government and social capital, improve public infrastructure construction speed and the quality of public services.
