摘要
介绍8.25R16LT 16PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径861 mm,断面宽235 mm,行驶面宽度205 mm,行驶面弧度高6 mm,胎圈着合直径403 mm,胎圈着合宽度176 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.10,胎面花纹采用等节距设计,花纹深度18 mm,花纹饱和度68.5%,花纹周节数34。施工设计:胎面采用热冷喂料双复合挤出,采用3层带束层+2层0°带束层结构,1~#—3~#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.22+6+12×0.20HT钢丝帘线,采用三鼓式一次法成型机成型,双模B型热板硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合设计和国家标准要求。
The design on 8. 25 R16 LT 16 PR all-steel light truck radial tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 861 mm,cross-sectional width 235 mm,width of running surface 205 mm,arc height of running surface 6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 403 mm,bead width at rim seat 176 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1. 10,equal pitch design for tread pattern,pattern depth 18 mm,block/total ratio 68. 5%,and number of pattern pitches 34. In construction design,the following processes were taken:co-extruded tread with both hot and cold feeding,3 layers of regular belts plus two layers of 0° belts for the belt ply,3×0. 20+6×0. 35 HT steel cord for 1#—3# belts,3×7×0. 20 HE steel cord for 0° belts,0. 22+6+12×0. 20 HT steel cord for carcass,using three-drum one stage building machine to build tire,and type B double mold hot plate curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and high speed performances reached the requirements of the design and national standards.
