摘要
研究0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线替代0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线相比,0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线破断力相当,帘线直径和线密度较小,满足轮胎轻量化、降低成本的要求;以0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线替代0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和强度性能均符合国家标准,耐久性能提高,使用寿命延长。
The application of 0. 17+5×0. 215+10×0. 235 CCST steel cord in the replacement of 0. 25+ 6 + 12×0. 225 HT steel cord in the carcass of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,compared with 0. 25 + 6 + 12×0. 225 HT steel cord,the breaking force of 0. 17 + 5×0. 215 +10×0. 235 CCST steel cord was equivalent and its diameter and line density were smaller,which met the requirements of the light weight and lower cost of the tire. The overall dimension and strength properties of the finished tire were all in line with the requiremetns of national standards by using 0. 17 + 5×0. 215 +10×0. 235 CCST steel cord in tire carcass instead of 0. 25+6+12×0. 225 HT steel cord. The durability of the tire was improved and its service life was extended.
