摘要 为提高对烟雾探测的灵敏度,设计了红外发光管驱动电路和光电检测电路,并设计了前置放大电路和检波输出电路;设计了烟雾传感器自检电路,实时进行主动式故障诊断,排除烟雾传感器自身故障问题,防止火灾漏报;同时设计了温湿度探测电路,很好地补偿火灾误报。烟火探测器把光电感烟、感温和感湿度相结合对企业现场各点烟火情况进行实时自动监测,采用无线传输方式进行数据传输,实时显示和监测各点环境变化情况,对有效提高事故预见性和工作效率有着重要的实际推广价值和理论研究意义。各个无线分布式探测器不仅能够独立实施报警,还具有联动功能,通过无线网络互联进行数据交换,各单元分工明确、协同工作,构成有机整体,系统维护性、扩容性、移植性和可靠性都有质的飞跃。 In this paper, the driving circuit and photoelectric detection circuit of the infrared light tube are designed, and the preamplifier circuit and the demodulation output circuit are designed to improve the sensitivity to smoke detection. The self-inspection circuit of smoke sensors is designed, the active fault diagnosis is carried out in real time, the problem of the smoke sensor's own fault is eliminated and miss alarm is prevented. At the same time, the temperature and humidity detection circuit is designed, and the false alarm is well compensated. It has an important practical value and theoretical significance to effectively improve the accident predictability and work efficiency. The photoelectric smoke detector, temperature detector and humidity are combined for real-time automatic monitoring of enterprise site of point fireworks, by using the wireless transmission mode for data transmission, real-time display and environmental monitoring. Each wireless distributed detector can not only alarm independently, but also have the linkage function. Data is exchanged via wireless network interconnection. Each unit of the process has a clear division of work, cooperative work, as an organic whole system, enhances the maintainability, scalability, portability and reliability so that the application of the detector has a qualitative leap.
