摘要 由于高渗透率下的风能会对系统频率造成严重影响,提出将风机有效地参与到负荷频率调整中来稳定系统频率的控制策略。为此,首先构建了一种新的新能源电力系统负荷频率控制数学模型;其次通过设计分散滑模控制器来抑制负荷频率的波动,保证整个系统在面临调速器、涡轮机工作点的变化、风能的波动和负荷的扰动所造成的不确定性时的鲁棒性;最后基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台验证了在风能高渗透率下拓扑结构的有效性以及所设计控制器的优越性。 As the high penetration of wind energy can cause serious influence to the system frequency, a control strategy of involving the wind turbines into the load frequency adjustment effectively is proposed in this paper. So firstly a new kind of load frequency control mathematical model is constructed for the renewable power system. Then a decentralized sliding mode load frequency controller is designed to restrain the frequency deviation, which can enhance the robustness of the overall power system in face of uncertainties due to governors, turbine variable operating points, the wind power fluctuation and load disturbances. Finally, the validity of the topology structure and the superiority of the designed controller in the high wind penetrated interconnect power system are verified based on the platform of Matlab/Simulink.
