摘要
基于EN 15227-2011标准,利用HyperMesh和LS-DYNA软件模拟了某动力集中型动车组(动力车在前)以36 km/h的速度正面碰撞另一辆相同的静止列车(动力车在前)的碰撞过程。碰撞模型中对车钩和防爬器的力学特性,以及车钩的失效和剪断过程进行了准确的模拟。从列车碰撞过程中的吸能情况、乘员生存空间、纵向平均加速度以及轮轨抬升量等方面对列车的耐撞性进行评价。仿真结果表明,对车钩和防爬器吸能装置进行了准确模拟,该动力集中型动车组的耐撞性能满足相关标准要求。
According to the standard of EN 15227-2011, by use of HyperMesh and LS-DYNA software, the process is simulated of one power centralized EMU(The power train is in front) impacting the same stationary train(The power train is in front) face to face at the speed of 36 km/h. In the model, the mechanical characteristics of couplers and anti-climbing device, the failure of couplers and falling off process are simulated. The crashworthiness of the EMU is evaluated by energy absorbing, the living space, the longitudinal average acceleration, the wheel lift and so on. The results show that the mechanical property of couplers and anti-climbing device is simulated accurately. The crashworthiness of this power centralized EMU meets the relevant standard requirements.
