摘要
根据用户的个性化要求,对A型铝合金地铁车辆司机室结构进行了改进,并采用有限元仿真分析了多个工况下司机室结构的关键位置母材和焊缝的结构强度。对25 km/h两列车碰撞工况进行仿真分析,结果满足车辆碰撞相关要求。通过静强度试验结果和仿真结果对比,验证了该司机室结构的可靠性和仿真分析的准确性。
According to the individual needs of users, this paper presents the structure improvement for A-type aluminum metro vehicle cab. The structural strength of the base and weld metal of cab in some load-cases are analyzed by finite element analysis. By crash simulation of two vehicles with the speed of 25 km/h, the results satisfy the requirement of relevant standards. Through the comparison of experimental results and simulation results, it verifies the reliability of cab structure and the correctness of simulation analysis.
