摘要
针对某地铁车辆转向架天线梁疲劳寿命不足问题,对天线梁结构进行改进,并通过随机振动疲劳分析方法对其进行评估。将线路实测振动加速度数据和IEC 61373-2010标准中数据进行对比,结果显示该标准所提供的加速度谱比实测值能更好地预测天线梁线路疲劳寿命。
According to the problem of fatigue life of bogie antenna beam for metro vehicle, this paper improves the structure of antenna beam, and conducts an assessment by using the random vibration fatigue analysis method. Compared the test vibration acceleration data with the data from the standard of IEC 61373-2010, the results show that the acceleration spectrum from the standard can better evaluate the bogie antenna beam's fatigue life than test data.
