摘要
文章针对HX_D1型机车用钩尾框异常磨损问题,从钩缓系统结构的角度进行原因分析,并提出了解决方案。通过实际装车试验发现,采用改进预压板的QKX100型缓冲器,能解决HX_D1型机车用钩尾框异常磨损的问题。
Aiming at the abnormal wear problem of type HXD1 locomotive coupler yoke, this paper analyzes the occurred causation from the structure of coupler and draft gear system, and suggests the solution. According to the operation test, QKX100 buffer with the improved pro-clamp can solve the abnormal wear problem of type HXD1 locomotive coupler yoke.
