大黄脐疗对心脏外科手术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of rhubarb umbilical compress therapy on gastrointestinal function of patients after the cardiac operation

目的探讨大黄脐疗对心脏外科手术患者胃肠功能恢复的促进作用。方法选取接受心脏体外循环手术后的50例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理措施,术后口服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片,观察组在对照组基础上采用大黄脐疗。观察2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96. 00%(24/25),对照组总有效率为68. 00%(17/25),观察组总有效率高于对照组(χ~2=4. 878,P <0. 05)。结论大黄脐疗能有效促进心脏外科手术后胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the rhubarb umbilical compress therapy on gastrointestinal function of patients after the cardiac operation. Methods Totally 50 patients afteart r hesurgery with cardiopulmonary bypass were randomly divided into the control group and the observation, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups were give oral administration of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets and routine care after the surgery, and patients in the observation group were given rhubarb umbilical compress therapy. The efficacy of intervention on gastrointestinal function was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 96.00%（24/25） in the observation group and 68.00%（17/25）in the control group, with a significant difference （ χ 2=4.878, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The rhubarb umbilical compress therapy is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after the cardiac operation.
