中药熏洗对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on the recovery of knee function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的观察中药熏洗治疗对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取58例行膝关节前交叉韧带损伤重建术的患者为研究对象,排除研究过程脱落18例,观察组纳入19例,对照组纳入21例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药熏洗治疗干预。观察2组干预前后膝关节功能恢复情况。结果干预后2组Lysholm评分均升高,且观察组评分(91. 20±5. 60)分,高于对照组(78. 30±4. 80)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。干预后,2组膝关节主动屈曲范围及膝关节伸展范围均有改善,观察组干预后膝关节主动屈曲范围(93. 25±15. 72)°、膝关节伸展范围(1. 33±3. 01)°,均优于对照组(68. 30±10. 22)°和(-5. 88±2. 36)°,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论中药熏洗干预能改善膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节功能,提升康复效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on the recovery of knee function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods Totally 58 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were included in this study. Excluding 18 patients who were lost to follow up, there were 19 patients in in the observation group and 21 patients in the control group according to the inclusion criteria. Patients in both two groups received routine rehabilitation training after the surgery, and those in the control group were given Chinese herbal fumigation and washing. The recovery of knee function was evaluated before and after nursing interventions. Results The score of Lysholm knee scoring scale was increased in both two groups after nursing interventions, and was higher in the observation group than that in the control group （91.20±5.60 points vs. 78.30±4.80 points, P 〈0.01）. The ranges of active knee flexion and active knee extension were improved in both two groups after nursing interventions. Compared with patients in the control group, patients in the observation group achieved a better range of active knee flexion （[93.25±15.72]°vs. [68.30±10.22]°, P 〈0.01）and active knee extension（[1.33±3.01]°vs. [-5.88±2.36]°, P 〈0.01） compared with those in the control group. Conclusion The Chinese herbal fumigation and washing can improve the recovery of knee function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
