二级精神专科医院护理敏感性质量指标的构建

Establishment of nursing-sensitive quality indicators in the level-two psychiatric hospital

目的构建二级精神专科医院护理敏感性质量指标,以便科学、客观的评价与监测护理质量,达到护理质量的持续改进。方法采用临床调研、文献回顾及Delphi专家函询等方法,构建精神科护理质量敏感性指标。结果 2轮专家函询问卷回收率100%,第1轮有8名专家提出建议,第2轮有6名专家提出建议,2轮涵询专家均具有较高的积极度。2轮函询专家的权威系数(Cr)分别为0. 845和0. 878,肯德尔协调系数(Kendall’s W)分别为0. 239和0. 305。最终确认精神科护理质量敏感指标体系包括:结构指标3项、过程指标1项、结果指标10项。结论构建的14项护理质量敏感指标具有精神科专科特色,具有一定的临床参考和指导价值。

Objective To identify sensitive , scientific and practical nursing quality indicators which will help to evaluate and monitor nursing quality and promote the continuous quality improvement. Methods The clinical survey, literature review and Delphi expert consensus method were used to establish the nursing-sensitive quality indicators for the Department of Psychiatric. Results A 8-member multidisciplinary panel engaged in first round Delphi process and 6-member multidisciplinary panel engaged in second round Delphi process. The response rate was 100.00% in 2 rounds of experts consultation, which indicated a better coordination of suggestions of experts. The authority coefficient was 0.845 in the first round and 0.875 in the second round, and the Kendall＇s W coordination coefficient of the expert opinions was 0.167 in first round 0.103 in second round. The nursing-sensitive quality indicators were established including three structure indicators, 1 process indicator and 10 outcome indicators. Conclusion The nursing-sensitive quality indicators consisting 14 items were scientific, feasible, and could be applied to clinical practice.
