自体动静脉内瘘是维持性血液透析患者首选的血管通路,常见的动静脉内瘘穿刺方法有区域法、绳梯法和扣眼法。近年来,扣眼穿刺法在动静脉内瘘的穿刺中具有良好的应用效果。本文就扣眼穿刺的优势、相关并发症以及穿刺护理现状及进展做一综述,旨在更好地发挥扣眼穿刺法的优势,减少并发症发生风险,完善相关护理措施。

Arteriovenous fistula is the preferred vascular pathway in patients with hemodialysis. Common puncture methods of arteriovenous fistula cannulation include the area method, the rope ladder and buttonhole method. In recent years, the effect of buttonhole technique has been well performed. This paper reviewed the advantages of buttonhole technique with blunt needle, related complications and the status and progress of puncture site care. It is better to use its advantages to reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing management, so as to benefit the patients.
