以护士为主导的多学科课程在消化道肿瘤患者PICC置管中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析以护士为主导的多学科课程在消化道肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中的应用效果。方法消化道肿瘤手术并行PICC置管患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组于PICC置管前后进行常规卫生宣教,观察组患者在此基础上给予多学科课程干预。评估干预前和干预3个月后患者自我护理能力和生活质量,记录置管相关并发症发生情况。结果干预后,2组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分及欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)总分均较干预前明显升高,但观察组升高程度更为显著(P <0. 01)。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在消化道肿瘤患者PICC置管中实施以护士为主导的多学科课程干预,有助于提高患者导管自我护理能力,减少导管并发症的发生,提高生活质量。 Objective To analyze the application efficacy of nurse-dominated multidisciplinary curriculum in gastrointestinal tumor patients undergoing peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing the surgery of gastrointestinal tumors and PICC were selected, and randomly divided into observation group ( n =30) and control group ( n =30). The control group was given routine healthy education before and after PICC, while based on this, the observation group was intervened by multidisciplinary curriculum. The self-care capability and quality of life of patients were evaluated before and 3 months after intervention, and catheterization-related complications were recorded. Results When compared with intervention before, both the exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) scores and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC QLQ-C30) total scores were increased markedly in two groups after intervention, but the increased degree of observation group was more significant ( P 〈0.01). The total incidence of complications in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group, with statistical significance ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Application of nurse-dominated multidisciplinary curriculum in gastrointestinal tumor patients undergoing PICC can improve the self-care agency of catheter, reduce catheter-related complications and improve quality of life.
