血液净化治疗重度碳酸锂中毒患者的护理

Nursing of patients with blood purification therapy for severe lithium carbonate poisoning

本文回顾性分析15例重度碳酸锂中毒患者临床资料。血液净化治疗期间,患者给予综合护理措施,包括病情观察与监测、血液净化护理、并发症护理及心理护理。本组15例患者均顺利完成血液净化治疗,其中14例患者治愈出院。血液净化治疗期间配合全面细致的护理干预措施,对保证重度碳酸锂中毒患者治疗效果具有积极意义。

This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 patients with blood purification therapy for severe lithium carbonate poisoning. During the treatment, all patients received comprehensive nursing interventions including illness observation and monitoring, critical care during blood purification, prevention and control of complications, psychological care, etc. All 15 patients completed the blood purification therapy, and 14 of them were cured and discharged from hospital. It is required to carry out comprehensive nursing interventions during the blood purification therapy, in order to ensure the treatment efficacy and safety of patients with severe lithium carbonate poisoning.
