院校联合实施临床护士“西学中”的培训效果

Training efficacy of western medicine nurses learning traditional Chinese medicine by hospital-university combination

目的探索院校联合实施临床护士"西学中"的培训效果。方法选取南京中医药大学盐城附属医院2016、2017年新入职西医护士60名,依托南京中医药大学护理学院优质的师资资源,与医院临床护理专家联合实施"西学中"培训。结果与培训前相比,培训后护士的理论和操作考核成绩、核心能力、患者和导师的综合评价均得到了显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论院校联合实施临床护士"西学中"培训模式,可以提升西医护士中医护理理论水平和操作技能,满足中医院的临床需求,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the training efficacy of western medicine nurses learning traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） by hospital-university combination. Methods A total of 60 new nurses of western medicine from Yancheng Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 2016 and 2017 were selected, and learned TCM with the help of high-class teachers from School of Nursing, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and clinical nursing experts from Yancheng Hospital of TCM. Results When compared with training before, the scores of theory and operation test, core competence, comprehensive evaluation of patients and tutors to the nurses were all improved greatly after training, with statistical significance （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The training mode of western medicine nurses learning TCM which is conducted by hospitals and universities, can improve TCM theoretical level and operation skill of western medicine nurses, meet the clinical demands of TCM hospitals and improve the patients’ satisfactory degree.
