灾害救护培训体系的建设与思考

Establishement and reflection on the disaster rescue training system

本文通过分析我国近年来灾害救护培训现状及存在的主要问题,提出应基于胜任力模型、创新培训理念、创新整合培训内容、创新培训模式与考核机制,来构建一套以"培训学生为中心、培训需求和效果为基本点"的规范化、系统化、科学化的灾害救护培训体系,旨在为目前开展的救护培训研究提供参考和借鉴。

By analyzing the disaster rescure training situation and its existing problems in China recently, this article proposed a set of standardized, systematized and sicentific disaster rescure training system with training students as the center and training demand and efficacy as the basic point based on compentency model, innovative training concept, innovatively-integrated training content, innovative training mode and assessment mechanism, in order to provide some references for the currently-developed rescure training studies.
