改革开放40年来,中国共产党对于发展理念的理解不断与时俱进,呈现出阶梯式的进步趋势。用唯物辩证法反思发展观念上升的历史过程,可以清晰地辨明马克思主义基本原理在中国的完整体现:其一,凸显矛盾是推动事物发展动力的原理;其二,彰显马克思主义实践认识论原理;其三,表明"改革动力论"的进一步的深化;其四,体现由具体到一般,再由一般到具体的认识过程。与此同时,发展理念的不断成熟,还表现在中国共产党对发展过程的认识从经济理性不断上升到政治理性。

Since 40 years of reform and opening up, the Chinese Communist Party＇s understanding of the concept of development has been advancing with the times, presenting a stepwise progress. The use of materialist dialectics to reflect on the historical process of the rise of the concept of development can clearly identify the complete manifestations of the basic principles of Marxism in China： First, to highlight the principles that it is contradiction that promotes the driving force of the development of things; Secondly, to highlight the principle of Marxist practice epistemology; Thirdly, to show that the “Theory of Reform Motivation” has been further deepened; Fourthly, to reflect cognitive process from the concrete to the general, and then from the general to the specific. At the same time, the continuous maturity of the concept of development is also reflected in the fact that the Chinese Communist Party＇s understanding of the development process has risen from economic rationality to political rationality.
