京津冀公共数字文化资源整合及服务研究

Study on Public Digital Cultural Resources Integration and Service of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

京津冀公共数字文化资源整合是提升区域公共文化服务的重要途径。基于对京津冀公共数字文化资源整合与服务现状的分析,构建了京津冀公共数字文化资源整合的思路模型及联盟服务模式,并从加强战略管理、服务平台构建、增大技术设备投入、完善服务人员配置四个方面研究了京津冀公共数字文化信息服务模式的实现策略。

The integration of public digital cultural resources in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important way to promote regional public cultural service. This paper analyzes the status of the integration and service of public digital cultural resources in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and puts forward the integration and service model of public digital cultural resources. It also studies the service strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei public digital cultural information service model from four aspects about strengthens the construction of strategic management, builds service platform, increases the investment of technical equipment, improves the service staff configuration.
