唐山市居家高龄老人健康状况对家庭功能的影响

The Influence of the Health Status of the Older Seniors at Home on the Family Functions in Tangshan City

为了探讨唐山市居家高龄老人家庭功能状况,分析健康状况对其的影响,为患病老人采取支持策略提供依据。选取河北省唐山市10个社区卫生服务中心辖区居民中的≥75岁老年人,采用面对面入户方式调查,进行家庭支持量表和衰弱综合评估量表评测。结果显示3448名居家高龄老年人家庭支持平均得分是(8.40±2.743),家庭支持低水平者2298人,占66.6%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄(β=-0.040)、文化程度(β=0.044)、脑血管病(β=-0.046)、衰弱程度(β=-0.442)、自理能力(β=0.156)和自评健康状况(β=0.083)是唐山市居家高龄老年人家庭支持的影响因素(P<0.05)。河北省唐山市居家高龄老年人家庭功能状况一般,应采取一定措施改善这一现状,提高对老年人的支持。

To explore the status of family function in the elderly, and analyze the influence of the health status, to provide the basis support strategies for the elderly. A total of 75-year-olds were selected from residents of 10 community health service centers in Tangshan City Hebei Province. The face-to-face household surveys were conducted to evaluate the Family Support Scale and the Comprehensive Evaluation of Debilitating Scale. The average score of family support for 3448 elders was （8.40 ± 2.743）, while the low-level family support was 2298, accounting for 66.6%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age （ β = -0.040）, education （ β = 0.044）, cerebrovascular disease （ β = -0.046）, degree of weakness （ β = -0.442）, self-care ability （β=0.156）, and the self-rated health status （ β = 0.083） are the influential factors of family support for the elderly in Tangshan city（ P 〈0.05）. The family functioning status of elderly home in Tangshan City of Hebei Province is generally normal. Some measures should be taken to improve this situation and to improve the support for the elderly.
