Research on College Physical Education Reform under the Background of Transformation of Major Social Contradictions

当前社会主要矛盾的转化标志着当代大学生对于体育教学有着更高的需求。在学生需求更好的教育和社会追求教育平等的背景下,本文从提升大学生身体素质、高校体育与社会体育实践相结合以及保障大学生体育权益三个角度为改革目的进行论述,提出新时期高校体育教学改革的方法,为促进高校体育教学改革提供理论参考,旨在解决当前高校体育教学中存在的问题。

The transformation of the current major social contradictions indicates that contemporary college students have higher demand for physical education. In the background of the students＇ need for better education and the social pursuit of equality of education, this article discusses the reform aim of improving the physical quality of college students, the combination of college physical education and social sports practice, as well as guaranteeing the sports rights and interests of college students. It also puts forward the methods of the reform of college physical education in the new period. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for promoting the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, and solve the problems existed in current college physical education teaching.
