摘要
文章通过回顾网球运动的起源与变迁,分析我国职业网球的进程与困境,小结我国网球运动的现状,得出后备人才培养规划应该对几个重要问题作出思考。剖析思考指出:网球运动的"金字塔",首要任务是筑宽塔底;网球运动的"成才之道"在于植根校园;网球竞技水平的提升要搭建合理的交流平台;后备人才的培养理念必须与职业网球一脉相承。
This paper reviews the origin and change of tennis, analyzes the process and predicament of professional tennis in our country, summarizes the current situation of tennis in our country, and exports that a few important issues should be considered for reserved talents training plan. It concluded that： the initial task is to build a broad base for the tennis pyramid; the key point of tennis success relies on campus tennis; a scientific communication platform is needed for the promotion of competitive performance; and the concept of reserved talents training must be in line with professional tennis.
