摘要
体适能是属于健康概念的一个拓展和延伸,它可以更加准确和全面地反应人体身体的一些运动器官的机能水平和其自身健康的状况。羽毛球这项课程在目前的高校中越来越受学生的欢迎,同时也成为大学生课余体育运动的重要项目,这篇文章主要是进行研究羽毛球运动对大学生身体形态和相关的一些体适能的影响,目的是为了给大学生参加羽毛球运动提供一些指导和建议。
Body fitness is an extension of the concept of health. It can more accurately and comprehensively reflect the functional level of some organs of the human body and self-health status. Badminton is gaining more popularity among college students, and becoming an important extracurricular sports activity. This paper is to discuss the influence of badminton on college students’ body shape and fitness conditions, in order to provide some guidance and suggestions for university students’ badminton participation.
