摘要 新形势下娱乐运动休闲方式层出不穷,知识传播更多依赖互联网络,应试教育功利色彩愈发严重,上述社会因素悄然改变着人们的生活方式与学习形式,导致国内青少年体质健康水平持续多年下滑,误导社会舆论将其归结为体育与健康课程。该研究立足于目标评价的理论视角,通过对《纲要》课程五大基本目标的解读与审视,希望解决学界对《纲要》实施以来存在的理论认知困惑及实践操作缺憾,促进《纲要》的完善及修订再版,为改善与提高我国青少年体质健康水平做有益的理论探索及借鉴。 Entertainment sports leisure under the new situation emerges in many ways.Knowledge spread depends more on the Internet, and exam-oriented education is still popular. All the above social factors are quietly changing people's way of life and learning form, leading to constant decline of domestic juvenile physical fitness for several years. The public opinions are misled to blame it on sport and health curriculum. From the theoretical perspective of the research based on the objective evaluation, through interpretation and review of the five basic goals of the outline, this paper tries to solve the existing theoretical confusion and practice operation defects of the academic world on the implementation of the outline, promote the perfection and revise of the outline, and put forward beneficial theoretical exploration and reference for promoting Chinese youth fitness level.
