罗伊职业分布理论视域下退役运动员受教育状况对其再就业影响研究——以江苏省部分退役运动员为例

Study on the Influence of Education Status of Retired Athletes in Jiangsu on Their Occupational Mobility and Occupational Distribution in Re-employment

影响运动员再就业情况诸多因素中,教育程度是其中最重要的影响因素之一,这对引导运动员再就业和缓解运动员就业难问题有重要意义。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据分析等方法,对退役运动员在就业社会流动、受教育程度与职业分布情况、受教育程度与再就业职业分层、受教育程度与工作性质以及竞技成绩与受教育机会的关系等五方面进行研究分析。结论:1)再就业职业岗位呈向上流动,由原体力劳动向脑力劳动职业移动明显; 2)受教育程度高低与其职业分层具有明显关联,学历越高,就业层次越高; 3)受教育程度与工作稳定性两者之间高度相关。受教育程度越高,社会淘汰率越低; 4)国家规定高校就读条件较高,无突出运动成绩者很难享受此待遇,目前江苏省为此类运动员提供地方政策,保证其教育。

Among the many factors affecting the re-employment of athletes, education level is one of the most important factors, which is of great significance to guide the re-employment of athletes and alleviate the employment difficulties of athletes. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and data analysis, this paper makes a research and analysis on the social mobility of retired athletes in employment, the distribution of education and occupation, the stratification of education and reemployment, the nature of education and work, and the relationship between competitive performance and education opportunities. Conclusion： 1） Reemployment flow shows an upward trend, and the trend from physical labor to mental labor occupations is obvious; 2） The level of education has a significant correlation with occupational stratification, the higher the educational level, the higher the level of employment; 3） There is a high correlation between educational level and job stability. The higher the level of education, the lower the social elimination rate; 4） Higher conditions of higher education, no outstanding sports achievements can not enjoy.
