摘要
构建"一带一路"国别投资法治环境评估体系具有必要性。评估体系指标设计涵盖投资环境、投资立法、投资司法。构建"一带一路"国别投资法治环境评估体系必须坚持公平合理互利共赢的运行原则,打造"一带一路"国别投资法治环境评估专业机构,设置灵活包容的评估标准,保障评估数据的客观性与公正性,实现各个程序与制度内容之间的相互协调。
It is necessary to construct a ＂The Belt and Road＂country investment legal environment assessment system. The assessment system indicator covers investment environment,investment legislation,investment justice and so on. To construct a ＂The Belt and Road＂country investment legal environment assessment system,we must adhere to the operating principle of fairness,reasonableness,mutual benefit and win-win,create a ＂The Belt and Road＂country investment legal environment assessment professional organization,set flexible and inclusive evaluation standards,and ensure the objective of assessment data,and realize the coordination between various procedures and system contents.
