摘要
对置式四喷嘴气化炉烘炉过程中因操作不当可能会出现耐火砖脱落和断裂、渣口堵塞、回火、炉温掉落、管道结冰等情况,本文对不同情况提出分析原因,同时采取增加液化器和暖管方法,使问题得到了解决。
During oven drying process of opposed four nozzle gasifier, inappropriate handling may result in many problems like refractory brick abscission and cracking, slag notch block, tempering, oven temperature decrease, piping freeze and so on. This paper promotes reasons aiming at different problems. By means of adding liquefier and warming pipe, problems are solved.
