Jacket of crushed coal pressure gasifier is the main component of gasifier, which could not only absorb heat produced by gasification to stable gasifier temperature, but also act as vaporizer to provide by-product steam. Once jacket leaks, accurate judgment should be made in time and furnace should be stopped at once. In recent years, along with leakage accidents increasing, jacket anticorrosive and leak proof retrofit is more and more important. Jacket operation situation and operation period directly matters safe and long-time operation of gasifier.
