摘要
针对山西中煤平朔能源化工有限公司液氮洗装置原料气中氮气累积造成原料气通道过冷、氮洗塔负荷高、N2、CH4闪蒸塔负荷高、主换热器温差大、系统冷量不平衡、膨胀机不能加负荷等问题进行了优化操作,实现了装置稳定运行,目前各项指标均达到或优于设计值。
Nitrogen accumulation in raw material gas of liquid nitrogen washing unit of Shanxi Zhongmei Pingshuo Energy Chemical Company result in many problems such as: feed gas channel is super-cold, nitrogen wash tower load is high, N2/CH4 flash tower load is high, main heat exchanger temperature difference is large, system cooling capacity is unbalanced, expander can't add load etc. Aiming at these problems, operation is optimized and stable operation of the unit is achieved. The current indicators are all reaching or better than the design value.
