新型单人救生筏作业适应能力工效学评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of the Adaptive Ability of the New Type Single Life Raft

目的通过国产新型单人救生筏与进口救生筏的对比试验,对国产的新型单人救生筏进行人体工效学因素分析,评价其作业适应能力。方法通过新型单人救生筏与进口救生筏水池试验各项参数的对比分析及受试者对两种救生筏水池试验的主观评价,得出两种救生筏人体工效学方面的差异。结果在显著性水平为0. 05的条件下,不同服装在"扶正单人救生筏"、"爬上单人救生筏"以及"关闭顶篷"操作过程中并无显著性差异,在"开启顶篷"阶段表现出显著性差异是因为国产新型单人救生筏增加了"用口吹管为救生筏吹气"操作过程,打乱了操作的连续性。在行动实验主观评价项目中,国产的新型单人救生筏主观评分高于进口救生筏。结论本试验研究表明该国产新型单人救生筏的扶正时间、登筏时间、关顶篷时间等指标均与进口的成熟救生筏无显著性差异,且新型救生筏增加了口吹管为救生筏吹气的功能,提高了舒适度,主观评价分高于进口救生筏,技术成熟、可靠,符合水面救援的要求,适合在救援工程中推广应用。

Objective By comparing with the import life raft,the new type single life raft is analyzed to evaluate the convenience of its use. Methods Based of the analysis of the parameters of the new type single life raft and the import raft test and the subjective evaluation of the two kinds of life raft experiments,the difference between the two was obtained. Results There is no significant difference in the process of ＂ lifting the raft＂, ＂ climbing the raft＂,and ＂ closing the roof＂. There is a significant difference in the ＂ opening the roof＂. In the subjective evaluation of action experiments,the score of new type single life raft life is higher than the import life raft. Conclusion The results of this ecperiment show that there is no significant difference between the two raft. In addition,the new type single life raft increase the function,improves the comfort,makes the subjective evaluation higher than the import raft. The technology is mature,reliable,and meets the demand of water rescue,suitable for application in rescue engineering.
