摘要
随着风电叶片行业的不断发展,机械化和自动化代替人工作业将是大势所趋,全生产线的自动化升级将极大降低风电叶片的成本,大幅提升叶片制造加工的精度和质量。通过阐述工业领域现有技术结合风电叶片制造技术和工艺特点,分析了风电叶片制造实现机械化和自动化的一系列解决思路和解决方法,对风电叶片制造实现机械化和自动化具有一定的指导意义。
With the continuous development of wind turbine blade industry, mechanization and automation instead ofmanual operation will be the trend of the times. The automation upgrade of the whole production line will greatlyreduce the cost of wind turbine blades, greatly improve the accuracy and quality of blade manufacturing. Based on theexisting technology in the industrial field and the manufacturing technology and technological characteristics of windturbine blades, this paper discussesa series of solutions and solutions for mechanization and automation of windturbine blade manufacturing, which has important guiding significance.
