摘要
现有的滤棒成型机(KDF4)的在线圆周检测准确性低,且校正非常复杂,不利于滤棒圆周的控制;而滤棒物理指标综合检测仪价格昂贵,检测效率低。基于此,设计一款自带电源型激光圆周检测工具,体积小(只有手电筒那么大),携带方便,且检测精度高,不需校正,价格低廉。
The existing filter rod forming machine(KDF4) has a low accuracy of on-line circumference detection, andthe calibration is very complex, which is not conducive to the control of the filter rod circumference. The filter rodphysical indicators comprehensive detector is expensive, and has low detection efficiency. Based on this, a self-poweredlaser circumference detection tool is designed, which is small in size (only the size of a flashlight) , easy to carry, highin detection accuracy without correction, and low in price.
