摘要
在制药生产过程中,原料配比与反应单元的温度是控制系统的关键指标,它对产品质量有很大的影响。为了提高制药过程中原料配比与反应单元的温度控制精度,对制药设备控制系统进行设计,该设计可以实现温度与液位的准确控制,提高药品的成品率,提高系统的自动化程度。
In the pharmaceutical production process, the ratio of raw materials and the temperature of reaction unit arethe key indicators of the control system, which have a great impact on product quality. In order to improve the temperaturecontrol precision of raw material ratio and reaction unit in pharmaceutical process, this paper designs the control systemof pharmaceutical equipment. The design can realize the accurate control of temperature and liquid level, improve theyield of drugs and the automation of the system.
