试验筛是用于对颗粒物料作筛分粒度分析的筛具,现有的试验筛校准装置一般体积都比较大,结构也比较复杂,不适合校准机构到企业现场进行校测,给校准机构和企业带来了一定的麻烦。因此,设计了一种可以快捷、简便的试验筛校准装置,阐述了该试验筛校准装置的工作原理,该装置可以方便携带到现场进行检测,有一定的推广和使用价值。

The test sieve isa sieve used for sieving granularity analysis of particulate materials. The existing test sievecalibration devices are generally large in volume and complex in structure, which are not suitable for calibrationorganizations to carry out calibration on the spot of enterprises, and bring some troubles to calibration institutions andenterprises. Based on this, this paper studiesa quick and simple calibration device for test screen, which can be easilycarried to the scene for testing.
