摘要
随着学校招生规模的不断扩大,职业学校学生的综合素质明显下降。本文从如何评价学生成才着手,倡导“学习道德是快乐的,做有道德的人是幸福的”理念,并就提高教师素质和构建学校、家庭、社会相结合的教育体系提出了见解。
As the number of students becomes larger,the unified quality of vocational schools begins to drop off signifi- cantly.This article deals with the problem how to evaluate the students are useful persons,stands for the idea of“learning moral is joyous and learning to be a moral person is perfectly happy.”It also introduces how to improve the teachers'quality and establish the unified educational system of school,family and society.
