摘要
根据高职教育发展的现状和特点,分析高职人才培养中影响可持续发展的因素,指出通过建立高职院校“能力超市”实践教学模式,适应多元化经济变化的需求,提高高职学生岗位适应能力与转产适应能力。
Present situation and the distinguishing feature which developed on the basis of education of Gao Zhi's, analyse the element that the effect of Gao Zhi a talented person in fosteing may continue the development.Point out by means of estabhshs the Gao Zhi educational institutions”Capability super municipality”Practice education pattern. Adapt to the demand that pluralityization economy changes,lift that the student Gao Zhi post adapts to the capability adapts to the capability against changing the line.
