On the Role Orientation of the Teachers in Foreign Languages' TeachingIn Higher Vocational College

摘要 随着高职教育的迅猛发展,外语教师的教学角色面临着新的挑战。对高职院校外语教师角色的现状和特征进行剖析,并就其角色定位展开探讨,指出高职外语教师需超越其传统的角色,在教学中担任起促进者、引导者、研究者和学习者的角色,才能成为创造型、反思型和专家型的教师。 With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the new role of the teachers in foreign lan- guages'teaching is facing new challenges.The paper analyses the present condition and features of the role and points out that the teachers in higher vocational colleges should go beyond the traditional role to act as the promoters,direc- tors,researcher and learners.
