以ANSYS软件为基础,论述了有限元在机械设计中强度、刚度及动态性能的校核,并以课程设计中用的较多的圆柱齿轮轴为例进行校核。为ANSYS软件在机械设计中的应用提供了一个基本的思路和方法。

Based on ANSYS,a FEA software,this paper illustrates how to use the software to analyze and verify the strength,stiff2ness and natural frequency,etc of the normal axle and something that should be paid attention to the design.These procedures are fit for other categories of axles too.
