摘要
本文分析了高职院校图书馆人力资源特点,阐述了高职院校图书馆如何用测评作为手段和工具来实现人力资源的优化管理。
This paper analyzed the characteristic of human resources in altitude profession academy library,expatiated on how to realize to optimize the management of human resources by using testing and estimation.
