中国西部地大物博,壮观富饶。西部企业用工、职工继续教育、新生劳动力的就业观念保守、经济欠发达。需要加强宣传力度,转变办学观念；健全配套法规,为西部职教保驾护航；专业设置贴近市场；教学内容与教学形式不断更新；校企联合扩大交流；加强师资队伍建设,提高管理人员素质；重视实训基地建设,强化技能培养；大力发展职业资格教育,结合工作培养实用性技能人才；大力发展现代远程教育,大批量培养西部实用人才。

Western China has vast territory and abundant resources.It is a land of abundant and fertile.Western en- terprises are still focuses on their employee vocational reeducation,sense of employment of newborn labor force are conservative.Besides,the underdeveloped economy need us the people to strengthen propaganda and change the idea of nm a school.Meanwhile,we should improve cultural and educational,facilities and perfect legal system to con- tribute to the well-off western vocational education.So we should make professional installation keep close to the market and renew the teaching content and forms continually.The teachers ought to be trained again and again,the managements' abilities must be improved.School enterprises need more communication with each other.In order to make the trainers suit the needs of society,we should attach importance to building the base of fieldwork to train stu- dents' skill well.We also should strive to develop the professional education and modern long-range education.Our aim is to train large numbers practical talents for western China.
